This Privacy Policy explains how Skytex Homes (“Skytex,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit skytexhomes.com, contact us, or fill out a form on our website. By using our website you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request pricing, schedule a visit, ask about land + home packages, request financing information, sign up for new home alerts or contact us, we collect what you enter — such as your name, phone number, email address, the home you are interested in, where the home will go (for example the county or city of your land), your timeline, budget, an estimated credit range if you choose to share it, and any message you write.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the website or ad that referred you, campaign information in the link you clicked (for example UTM tags or ad click IDs), your browser and device type, approximate location based on IP address, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to do this.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and contact you by phone, text message or email about homes, pricing, availability, visits, delivery, land and financing.
- To send you new home alerts or updates you asked for.
- To operate, maintain and improve our website and our service.
- To understand which ads and marketing bring people to our website, and to show relevant ads on other websites and apps.
- To prevent fraud and spam and to comply with the law.
Text messages and phone calls
When you submit a form on our website, you agree that Skytex may call and text you at the number you provide about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages, as described below.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, our customer relationship management system, email and text message delivery, analytics and advertising platforms. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Lenders, when you ask for financing or pre-qualification. Lendplicity Mortgage is an affiliate of Skytex Homes; you are not required to use any particular lender. Lenders handle your information under their own privacy policies.
- Home manufacturers, installers and other partners as needed to quote, order, deliver and set up a home you choose to buy.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure website traffic and the results of our advertising, and to show our ads to people who visited our website. When you submit a form, we may send a secure, scrambled (hashed) version of your email address and phone number to Google so it can match your visit to the ad you clicked; Google does not receive them in readable form. You can limit this tracking:
- Adjust your browser to block or delete cookies.
- Use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- Manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook ad preferences.
Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Reviews
Customer reviews shown on our website come from our public Google Business Profile and are displayed with the reviewer’s first name and last initial.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, keep business records and meet legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or other sensitive financial details through our website forms.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.
Children
Our website is not intended for children under 13 (and our services are intended for adults), and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Our website links to other sites, such as lenders, manufacturers, financing applications and social media. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
