The people at Skytex are amazing. Really inviting when we first went to their sales lot. After choosing our home, Bert and Cord were amazing and so patient. I can be a little rough around the edges when dealing with stress of buying a home, but they were so understanding and walked my husband and I through everything. Bert always kept us up to date on the status of our home when it was being put together and ensured everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!!!

We started looking for a new mobile home in June of 2026. We stopped in at Skytex and was met by Michael Low who was super helpful. He was with us through each step and every decision. We ordered our new home on August 1 and Micheal has called at least once a week with updates and has been amazing through the whole process. Our new home should be delivered next week. If you’re considering buying a home, do yourself a favor and go see Zack at Skytex. From jerry the manager to Jodi in finance to our sales person Zack we have nothing but amazing things to say.
After visiting at least 20 other dealerships including Clayton, palm harbor, Texas built, manufactured housing consultants, even all the way up to Conroe and many many more we continuously were told “no” more times than we can count, we were exhausted and discouraged. We had almost accepted that homeownership just wasn’t going to happen for us. Then we met Zack.
From the very beginning, Zack treated us with respect, patience, and genuine care. He didn’t see us as just another sale — he saw our situation, understood our concerns, and truly fought for us, or in his words he was “ in it for the long haul “

SkyTex showed the highest possible integrity, and went above and beyond all reasonable expectations in delivering our two homes. We bought two, one for us, one for my mother. The trim out man did an amazing job finishing our homes out to perfection. I’m in the construction business and do inspections for a living. I have seen none better. Another point I would like to make is the effort Curt Kucera put into helping us find the perfect houses. They have access to several manufacturers so I can’t imagine not finding what you need, whatever your price range! Very impressive. What has the potential to be very stressful was just the opposite. Selection, quality, and value. Highly recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Kelsey, Jerry, Robert, and the rest of the team have been simply amazing. Due to me and my wife getting sick there was quite a bit of delay on our end but once we were ready to go the team moved lightning quick to get us into our new house.
